- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet with the client to understand their needs and goals, gathering detailed information to identify their priorities. After the meeting, we create a tailored proposal based on the client's requirements. We then follow up to request feedback and discuss details and pricing, making adjustments as needed. Once the client approves the proposal, we enter the planning phase, which may involve obtaining plans or permits depending on the project's size. We begin sourcing materials to help the client find exactly what they need. During the construction phase, we maintain ongoing communication, keeping the client updated on progress and providing a weekly schedule of what to expect next.
