I cant say enough good things aboutPro Master Heating and Airconditioning.This is a 5-STAR company!I called them, right before a huge rainstorm hit, because our ceiling vents from our HVAC unit(recently installed by another company) were leaking whenever it rained. The first thing they did was come over and cover the ducts on our roof with tarps, on a Friday evening, after their work day was completed! Golan was then quickly able to find the problem with our duct system, and he and his team meticulously sealed all of our ducts. We no longer have leaking vents! The day after the next rain, Golan called to follow up to see if we had any problems. I highly recommend Pro MasterGolan and his team not only do the job right, but they have a great attitude, they help you find the most economical way to fix the problem, and their prices are more than fair.They are our new HVAC company!

After interviewing and receiving estimates from four heating and air conditioning installers, I decided that Pro Master would give the best deal and the highest quality of brands (Goodman). I also felt they were the most honest. They installed both a furnace and air conditioning unit. They were efficient, comprehensive in problem-solving, neat, and well organized. They included me in every step of the process with any questions I had and worked in a way that did not disrupt my routines at home. They were in and out in 2 days. In the following days, Noah, the tech supervisor, was responsive to my phone calls inquiring about a couple of procedural questions I had, as the system is quite different than the old one. The contract includes periodic check-ups at no extra cost. I recommend this vendor without reservation. They did a great job. You won't go wrong with them.

I was having a problem with my a/c for the last week. There was a lot of dust coming out of my vents as well as warm air coming out. I contacted Pro Master to come out and within 20 minutes they explained I needed a duct cleaning. They performed the work and they added the fluids that were missing and changed my filter at no cost. There was instantly a huge difference after the duct cleaning and the air is cooler then ever. These guys are amazing I am beyond happy with the service.

The other week on Saturday I woke up in a pool of sweat. It was really hot outside and my Air Conditioner decided it was no longer going to cool my house. I did some research. Called Pro Master on Saturday at 11am and was able to get a tech to my house the same day. Golan was able to fix it but unfortunately he let me know it was time to get a new one. I brought out another company as a second opinion and Pro Master was 25 percent cheaper. I can vouch for them and I would use them again in a heart beat.

When it comes to pricing we try to be as fair as possible. We would love check out your project and give you an estimate. We always apply the discounts available and often go out of our way to make sure you get 5 star service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out we like to diagnose all that we can over the phone (especially during this time). Once that is all done, we come on site to check the issue. We usually charge a $99 service charge when coming out, but this is always waived once we start the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner holds an outstanding 10+ years in the HVAC trade. We are an organized focused company that can handle jobs of any size. From small in-home jobs to large scale commercial installations, we can get it done. Pro Master HVAC is Licensed, Bonded, and holds General Liability Insurance.
