Lucas responded quickly and was able to fix a messed up door that was very damaged to begin with and destroyed even more by another contractor’s work not related to the door. I was already upset because I had hired a company to come and give me an estimate, that wouldn’t give me an estimate with pictures of the door, that was also a “no show”, “no call” TWICE!! Lucas responded quickly, gave me an estimate after showing him the picture, and scheduled with fixing my door in a timely manner. The “two fingers” push open the door is what he promised and that’s what we got. Thank you Lucas. We didn’t think our door was repairable.

Sam was great. Very prompt and responsive. The job took longer than anyone thought because of issues on our end, not Sam’s; our door was loose and the frame not level so he had to fix those before installing the door. He stayed until it was done and done very well. He’s really good at this. The door looks like it has always been there! Will definitely use Sam again and so lucky to have found him!

Sam came out to fix the screen on our patio sliding door however upon arrival he realized it was not fixable (there was a bigger issue with our patio that required a new patio glass material, something out of his control). Instead of just telling us he can't do it & leaving, he went the extra mile to help us by tightening loose ends on our sliding glass to help us temporarily fix our issue & giving us information on what items to purchase and suggested location to purchase our material if we wanted. His professionalism is very much appreciated & once we purchase our materials we'll be calling on him again for the job.
