The papers were sent over via email to the process server in plenty of time for them to be delivered, we were told they were available to deliver 24/7 however the person we needed served was not served until the last possible minute, we had to request proof of service 3 times to be sent via email. the papers that were served on the party included our papers as well as someone else's papers that had nothing to do with either party involved, when this was brought to the process servers attention we were basically told, the other papers must have gotten mixed up but the person we had served still got her papers anyway. It would be nice when we have to use a process server to have the Job done in a timely manner, with only the papers we are requesting to be served actually served to the other person. and have proof of service sent over via email right after service is completed.
