I had a small claims case to serve over in California, which made it difficult since I'm all the way in Florida. Anyway, found the Process Guys by sheer luck and reached out, SUPER friendly people. From the secretary to the owners, they actually took the time to walk me through their entire process; even offering to handle the case submission for me. Price is fair, they offered me 5 solid attempts and at the end of the day I know it's risky work. Got the documents served in a timely manner, kept me posted on progress the entire time and it felt like I was in good hands. I know "service isn't guaranteed", but at least they showed me how hard they try for their clients. Definitely using them again if I ever have a legal matter in that crazy state.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients have the option of buying 1 attempt at a time, 3 attempt bundle packages and 5 attempt bundle packages. Stakeouts are available for an hourly rate. Skip tracing services are available. Bodycam footage available for court use.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up consultations with over the phone in hopes of helping identify your service needs properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only house fully licensed Court Process Servers.
