The response was very quick and he came out within a few hours of booking, which was great! The guy was a little under-prepared considering I had mentioned having a large amount of weeds during the booking process. He asked if I had a wheelbarrow, which I didn’t at the time. My boyfriend offered to help, and did. Still got charged $550, which was about $200 more than the original quote. About 1/4 of the weeds are still there, but I’d be more upset if I wasn’t getting my septic removed and didn’t need filler for the hole. Overall pretty average.

Details: No large items to haul • Mixed trash • Enough to fill three pickup trucks • There are no flights of stairs

We made a 2 o’clock appointment on Saturday and agreed-upon price. Two hours before the appointment I texted him to say he had been cleared through security and I would see him at 2 o’clock. He texted back OK. At 2:20 I sent him a text asking for an ETA. Never responded and I’ve never heard from him again. I wasted two hours of my Saturday waiting for this company. Very unprofessional and extremely unreliable!!!
