I submitted my project via Thumbtack late on Saturday night and Carlo replied to me almost immediately! He was able to modify his schedule so we could meet first thing on Monday morning to address a mouse problem in my Airbnb. By the mid afternoon that day, my house was rodent free and all sealed against more invasions. Carlos is super responsive and professional and on top of all, very nice and cordial. He is now my designated exterminator for my Airbnb and will also address spiders issues we have particularly in the summer. Thank you very much, Carlos!

We noticed a few bees flying around our roof and upon further inspection we found a hive in our attic. We contacted Carlos, he came within 3 hours and removed the hive. Highly recommended!! Pricing was very fair as well

I had a bee colony formed in my home water meter box. Carlo responded quickly and showed up next morning at 6AM on time and treated to be able to remove the colony. I will recommend Carlo and will use his service again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing I give is for quality work. I am not always the cheapest out there, but I can guarantee that I do my best in all services I conduct, don't cut corners, and don't dilute my products!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk my new clients through the process of what my services consist of. I answer any questions they have. If there is a question, I am not able to answer I will do my due diligence to get them the answered they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for the "Top Dogs" in the industry. I have close to 10 years of experience, and I have colleagues within the industry that I can rely on for professional and more experienced guidance. Overall, I love the relationships I am able to build with the people I meet.
