- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing I give is for quality work. I am not always the cheapest out there, but I can guarantee that I do my best in all services I conduct, don't cut corners, and don't dilute my products!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk my new clients through the process of what my services consist of. I answer any questions they have. If there is a question, I am not able to answer I will do my due diligence to get them the answered they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for the "Top Dogs" in the industry. I have close to 10 years of experience, and I have colleagues within the industry that I can rely on for professional and more experienced guidance. Overall, I love the relationships I am able to build with the people I meet.
