Very responsive and honest. They will let you know first if it’s actually a bed bug problem or just another random insect. We had a carpet beetle who are seasonal so really appreciate their honest assessment!

Incredibly responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. Jeremy immediately responded, helped me identify the bugs I was seeing (they weren’t bed bugs) and referred me to an inspection specialist (who was outstanding) for no charge. Highly recommend.

We ended up not needing this service, because we had mites not bugs. Jeremy is a trustworthy professional: he advised us to first get an inspection, instead of just scheduling the treatment. He saved us the hassle of the bed bug treatment, and more importantly, helped us get to the actual root of the problem. I hope I never have bed bugs, but if I do, I know I'll be calling him.

I used Thumbtack for the first time today because I thought I had a bed bug problem. I was given several companies to contact. Thermal Solutions was the only company to respond and it happened within minutes. I explained my situation to Jeremy and he was very responsive, asking me for a picture of my captured bugs. He confirmed they weren’t bed bugs which was great, but I learned I have ticks. That information allowed me to get my dog to the vet and hire a pest control company to come out to spray, all within 2 hours of my downloading the app. I am grateful for his free advice. I hope I never get bed bugs, but if I do, I’m calling these folks. Not too many companies will be this helpful without getting something in return.

Jeremy provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was thoughtful, attentive to our questions and needs. He wants so far beyond the extra mile to help us through a horrible experience. Ironically, we were not able to use Thermal Solutions. Jeremy was so scrupulous and did not want us to pay For a service we did not need, but he recommended we use a detective dog agency to make sure that we did actually have bedbugs. We did that, and much to our surprise what was biting us was not big bugs put something else. If I ever did have bedbugs, I would not hesitate to hire Thermal Solutions. I am figuring out a way to compensate Jeremy for his time. I’m so impressed with him!
