We had Local Drain come out to advise on repairing or replacing a 34 year old upstairs toilet. Local Drain was the only business that offered to look at the toilet rather than just saying it needed replacement, as did the other companies we contacted. Jasmine and Carlos looked at our situation and suggested replacement was the way to go. They showed us some recommended selections and provided a written quote on our choice. They came back at a convenient time and completed the work very efficiently, including removing the old toilet, replacing the valve and leaving everything looking and working great. We are very happy with their work at a reasonable price and will gladly call them back for future plumbing needs. Thank you team!

We had 2 companies come out to tell us we needed our sewer line replaced and the quotes we recieved were $20k plus. We didn't know what to do and we happened to see Local Drain Specialist working at my neighbors house. We talked to the guys working next door and from the start we had a great feeling about them. They offered to run a camera for free to see what they could do. They noticed roots in the line and suggested hydro jetting our line.
The guys worked for maybe an hour and showed us on the camera the line was completely clear of all roots and there was no need to replace our sewer line. The technicians explained to us about an annual maintenance we have to do to our sewer line to avoid costly repairs. We went ahead and signed up for an annual maintenance for next year.

I hired Local Drain Specialist company to replace a toilet wax ring. This company responded within 5 minutes of my initial request and was able to work me in to their schedule the following day. I had Carlos fix the ring today. Extremely pleasant, good communicator, very efficient, cleaned up everything. He represents the LDS company well. And I can tell when I see a happy employee. I hardly recommend this local, Martinez based, plumbing company. I felt like I had a level of service that I haven't experienced in a long time.

We contacted several plumbing companies and by far this one was the most responsive and helpful. They were quick to respond by phone, email and in person. Jasmine was professional, extremely knowledgable, and explained everything clearly while on site. In fact, the service tech showed up early, rather than late for the appointment. The office staff is friendly and communicates well both both by email and phone. We received the sewer report promptly after payment. We will be sure to use their services again when the need arises.

We had a clogged line over weekend and couldn't find a plumber who could complete the job. One local plumber charged us for work he wasn't able to complete, created more problems while doing the job. I called Local Drain and Carlos came out. We were able to use our bathroom and kitchen sinks the same day!!!! He completed the job the next day. He was professional, experienced, empathetic to our needs and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! He's just an amazing person. Thank you very much! If you're looking for a company that knows what they're doing and get the job done, look no further. This is the company you want to use. I Recommend them 100%.
