Stan responded to my inquiry quickly. After answering a few questions provided a fair cost for the work. He contacted the next day for our scheduled appt that he could arrive early if I was available which I was. He found the issue with the light and repaired the loose wire and also discovered a short in the main wiring and repaired that. No parts were required. He cleaned up and provided a lower invoice than the initial quote. I would recommend Stan for handyman work that of course falls into his areas of expertise.

Stan clearly just wanted to get it fixed for a reasonable price. He wasn’t trying to upsell me or do unnecessary work. He was professional and nice and cleaned as he went.
