I called Alex from Extory and he was able to accommodate us in such short notice. Our washing machine needed a new drain pump and he sent the technician (his Dad) over. Oleks arrived arrive early and was able to replace the pump. Extory repair price is fair. He gives 6 months warranty on his work and he used genuine Whirlpool parts. We are very pleased with his work ethics and he is very friendly.
