1. Initial Contact: The customer reaches to inquire about services or schedule an appointment. 2. Information Gathering: During the initial contact, we collect basic information such as the customer's name, contact details, address, and a brief description of the plumbing issue or service required. 3. Appointment Scheduling: A suitable time for an appointment or service visit is scheduled based on the customer's availability 4. Assessment or Consultation: Our technician visits the customer's property to assess the plumbing problem firsthand or discuss the required plumbing service. This may involve inspecting the issue, asking relevant questions, and providing initial recommendations or estimates. 5. Proposal or Estimate: Based on the assessment, we will present a proposal or estimate outlining the scope of work and costs. 6. Agreement and Authorization: If the customer agrees to the proposed plan, we will proceed with the work by signing an agreement or providing verbal confirmation. 7. Service Delivery: The plumbing company schedules a suitable time to carry out the agreed-upon plumbing service or repair. 8. Completion and Payment: Once the work is finished to the customer's satisfaction, they make payment according to the agreed terms.
