FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, know that this is more than just a service—it's an investment in both your physical and mental well-being. While I do have a standard rate for my private sessions, I understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, and I’m willing to work with your budget to ensure you can access the benefits of personalized yoga instruction. Let’s find a solution that works best for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start by hopping on a call to get to know you and discuss your specific goals, whether they’re related to physical health, mental well-being, or both. We’ll also talk about your preferred schedule, the location (whether it’s in my studio or the comfort of your home), and pricing options. This helps me tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs and ensures everything works smoothly for you from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a diverse background of education and training to my work as a yoga teacher. I’m a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA), which gives me a solid foundation in anatomy and rehabilitation. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Holistic Health Sciences, which deepens my understanding of the mind-body connection. In addition, I have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, am certified in Reiki Levels 1 & 2 Energy Healing, and am a Certified Quantum Healer. This combination of skills allows me to approach each session holistically, supporting both your physical and energetic well-being.
