- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First cost to come out is always absorbed into work approved by client. We do charge a 3% fee to credit cards and $25 fee. Cash is not discounted but it doesn’t charge the 3%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new patient comes on board, they receive a free 12 month subscription to our family discount program applicable after the first visit, this allows our patients a one year physical check up on the home, plumbing system all the water valves the water heater, the fixtures, sewer, Cameron inspection and evaluation They also get discounts on jetting services, etc. the following year this is a subscribe feature for $299 and they are given that to opt or opt out at the time of anniversary. When we come out for our first assessment, we will take notes on anything that is concerning outside of the cause for our visit and we will bring up options to the client for what they called us out for as well as anything that stood out.
