- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s important that you know we work every job together as a duo. We are unique, in that you get two organizers for our hourly rate listed. Any bins, baskets, or organization supplies are additional, and also optional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free consultations via virtual, text, pictures and/or phone calls. During your consultation we will come up with a schedule and an estimated timeline. We will also go over our system to make sure it is a right for you, as well as for us. We will also talk about your goals for the space and how involved you woiuld like to be in the process. We always do our best to accommodate each client’s needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to having the natural ability and passion for organizing, we each have over 25+ hours of on the job training, from a seasoned professional, who works for a large national organization company. With each job completed, we have been able to fine tune our skills, allowing us to work more efficiently and quickly. We pride ourselves on keeping up a good pace!
