- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price that you see for your pest control service is the monthly breakdown. Your pest service is done at a quarterly schedule and are billed at a quarterly schedule as well. Please let us know if you have any questions before your service and we will be happy to fully explain your service and price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with the basic interview. What’s going on, for how long has it been going on, and what do you expect with your results. Then, we go over our maintenance plan with you and specifically detail how it will be performed to your home and what results you can expect. We’re sure you want to get your problems solved right away. And we’re eager beavers ourselves and want to give you those results asap.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience in the pest industry. All of our technicians are trained every month with continuous education that helps maintain license requirements that’s mandatory for state issuance.
