FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices very competitive; however, I am not cheap. My expertise comes with a price and so does the end result. You get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a relationship is the first thing I do. Home owners choose me as I do them. When its the right fit, the job becomes easier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have started without training. Everything I know came from trial & error on the field. I flipped homes using general contractors and built relationships that have lasted to this day. Getting a general license means over 5 years of experience and pass the state law and trade exams.
