I am new to learning about the entire home renovation process. I was very nervous to reach out to contractors/companies and Shimi and Ofir have made me feel so at ease. I hired Ofir to remodel my guest bathroom, and I am thrilled with the end result. I've worked with several contractors over the years, having recently remodeled my kitchen and primary bathroom. I have to say, in addition to being a total pro, Ofir is a genuinely kind person. I had all of the usual customer anxieties throughout the process, asked lots of probing questions, and sent many text messages after hours. Ofir always gave me the time of day, was never dismissive of my questions, and took the time to explain everything about the process.
