Outstanding customer service . Timely , thorough , provided clear explanations to ensure understanding . They were extremely attentive when our A / C went out last week . They provided a small portable A / C so we did not have to go to a hotel for five nights while we awaited the new system to come in . Installation was amazing , didn't even know they were here . Patient while explaining the new thermostat and ensured I was able to operate .They were great ! I do not hesitate to recommend Calif Service .
