I hired Val’s cleaning service in hopes of getting a small portion of my deposit back. The response in asking for a quote was very prompt (within a couple of hours). She made communication very easy. In regards to cleaning, my bathrooms and kitchen were something close to disgusting when I had called her and I had convinced myself that I would not get any of my deposit back. Val assured me she would do her best. Val proceeded to clean the entire house to an amazing top to bottom clean finish. Her attention to detail was very thorough. I was given two-thirds of my deposit back! I was thrilled to even get back any of it! The quality of cleaning was excellent. Val was very professional, punctual, friendly, flexible, and truly cared about me getting some of my deposit back. I would recommend Val for any cleaning needs whether it be a move-out job or a routine based cleaning.
