- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers should know that my prices are always flexible, and they're always going to get more than what they paid for. I believe that my pricing is fair and that the value of my service supersedes the price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer typically does not really know what they want. They have a general idea that is why I suggest that they storyboard the project out first. Then they can see how big the actual scope is. I work diligently with new customers to help them understand all the decision points that have to be made. we work together to storyboard the desired end product so that I can share their vision for the services I perform and the final product.

I have over ten years of photography, videography and video editing experiences in various venues.
