Excellent experience with Wintemburg who drove us around for our Napa Wine Tasting Tour on a very rainy day. We reserved a driver from Benicia to Napa and late the night before the driver’s window was broken into and we had to get a new driver. At 3am, I reached out to Alpha Limo Service and they responded right away and could accommodate seven passengers. The driver Wintemberg arrived a little before 10am. He was professional & nice. I was able to text him our itinerary to the Napa wineries, etc. and he was able to get us to every stop timely. We were so grateful for the last-minute availability. Great experience booking Alpha Limo Services to take us to and from our wedding! They are very responsive to changes/updates and added a stop to our itinerary to pick up the maid of honor for no extra cost. On the day of, they showed up early in a very clean SUV stocked with bottled water and snacks. Our driver was friendly, professional, and a really safe driver. He was waiting for us at the end of the night and we were glad to relax and doze while he brought us home safely. Great experience, would book again!
