- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on all types of project large and small. We bill hourly at $150/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process with new customers is to have a brief conversation on the phone to assess budget (if there is one), scope or to-do list and to just get an explanation of the project from the client's perspective. We can also answer questions as to how we work during the project, client expectations, billing, etc. The next step is to have an in-home visit to meet in person, to see the space and to determine if we are the right fit for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team that has a lot of combined experience working in the interior design field for 15 + years. We have experience in designing kitchens, bathrooms, full-home remodels...even simple decorating projects.
