- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices can vary depending on the needs of the pets and requested services from the client. The amount varies depending on job requirements, length of stay, additional services requested, etc. Please contact me for a free quote!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, it starts with a phone call. I will need to know all of the specifics regarding what you’re looking for, dates of service, etc. If we both decide I may be a good fit, I like to do a home visit before that start date of the job to do a walkthrough, meet the pets, see where the essentials are located and get the full picture of your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience as a house/pet sitter. I also have a degree as a Vet Tech and worked in that field for almost 10 years, mostly as an ICU/Critical Care Technician.
