Custom Creations was very responsive. They were always on time for appointments and finished as promised. Before choosing Custom Creations, I talked with several company's and none of them had the same insight or understanding of the job at hand. Scott was able to provide a very competitive proposal, which happened to be the lowest, but I would have hired even if he weren't the lowest. I trusted him and believe he'd deliver what he promised. When Scott came out for the site evaluation, he took the time to completely understand what I wanted him to do, as well, what my overall goals were for the larger project. He was able to offer me assistance in the some others areas of my project without additional cost, because he was there and could do it. That's real customer understanding and customer service.
