- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing for my customers is based on the actual work done. It isn't fair for me to charge a flat rate for a project that may be less. I'm completely up-front about the costs, and I'll never add on surprise or mystery charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very dedicated to communication. It's in your interest for us to talk and discuss all of the details of your project so you get not just what you need, but that you get it the first time without the delays of reshoots or unplanned post production.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a past U.S.A.F. Air Traffic Controller, with the experience and skill to safely and effectively fly for your project. I have an extensive background in the Print Industry, which allows me to see final results in advance, and the skill for post production.
