While we were not at home a cold water pipe burst in the shower on the second floor and flooded our living room on the first floor. The house became very damp and terrible stains appeared on the walls and ceiling. We didn’t wait until everything was covered in a mold and started looking for competent contractors because the amount of work was quite large. We would like to get everything back to normal as quick as possible. We contacted 5 companies who could carry out the work on our project. And we chose California remodeling construction inc because their engineer provided us with the best option for repair work which suited our budget. In the living room the work was to replace damage parts on the walls and ceiling, putty and paint. Everything is the shower was completely replaced and the floor was waterproof and new tiles were installed. It is distinctive that all the work was done with a clear understanding of deadlines. Building materials were delivered only after the removal of old ones, which didn’t create unnecessary chaos in the house. Very professional guys.

I needed a drywall patch and paint after water damage to my bedroom. Petr was our technician. I wish a little more thought was taken in protecting our furniture and carpets throughout the building from fine dust and other construction residue. Otherwise, he did a good job with the patch and painting.
