Yoel from YS is wonderful. He took care of everything. His work crew was friendly and respectful. They removed all the old grass and roots from my front yard and the parkway, and replaced it with turf in a very timely manner. They also replaced my broken sprinkler system with a new drip system in the planter boxes. The yard is beautiful! No more watering and no more maintenance! I’m thrilled that I decided to get this done.

We recently finished a full house remodel with Y.S. Remodeling and we can not be any happier with the work they completed. We did a full exterior remodel of our entire backyard including an outdoor kitchen, patio cover, pavers, artificial turf. From the very first meeting, we felt very comfortable with Yoel as he was very straightforward and open to us, guiding us in ways to save money. He helped us come up with a design, and we must say it wasnt an easy one. Yoel was there every step of the way supervising the work. His workers carry the same ethics as he does and were always there when we had concerns. As it was a complicated job, concerns did come up but Yoel was always there to address them. We didnt feel lost one step of the way. Extremely satisfied and are happy to call Yoel as one of the best contractors we have worked with. Yoel also did for us windows and solar, following the completion of the back yard. Im sure you know how I feel about that too! Highly recommended to use!

It has been a coupe months since the completion of my backyard. I can’t express how happy I am with the turn out and how good of a job they did for me. At our first meet, Yoel came up with a design that would put our yard to better use… We initially only wanted turf installed, but he gave us the idea of placing a seating area in the center of the yard to make it more useful. He expanded it and made it a lot safer by putting up a retaining wall. Working with the inspector seemed to be a breeze, but Im sure a lot of work went into it. The crew followed the permitting plans and made sure everything as up to code. It was much faster than expected! Looking back at older photos of our yard, we couldn’t even have imagined that our yard would ever look like this. Gracias for everything, our dog is just as happy!!!
