FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe a better way of saying we offer discounts is that we are totally open to discussing different options! We are eager to earn your business for life and our goal is not to make a killing on a single project. Our goal is to provide our customers fair and affordable pricing while still accomplishing a project that you will absolutely love. We are very good at staying within your budget and we do offer different solutions to making mid-end work look high end without breaking the bank. We do have a 15k-20k project minimum for all services and we do not do handy man or repair type of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick phone call to schedule our meeting and briefly discuss your project, timeline, and budget. In our first meeting, our pro will take measurements and create an existing floor plan of the relevant working space. We'll also discuss more design and functionality recommendations / preferences. Our team then takes all that information and creates a detailed scope of work, 3D design and proposed floorplan. By the time we've scheduled our second meeting, our team should be presenting you the greatest bid for your project. It will be extremely detailed, simple to understand, and easy to make any changes needed on the spot prior to starting the project. Once our bid is approved and we've gone shopping for all the finish items needed, our clients essentially kick back and watch the show. You'll receive updates and constant communication from our management team from start of project to closeout. We can confidently say our service is amazing and our teams will always go above and beyond to ensure our finished product is indeed Superior!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience in construction. Our company has found its' success and growth in being knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. There are always issues arising in construction. The test of a great GC is all about how quickly can we identify possible issues and how smoothly can we eliminate them with multiple solutions. A great part of working with an in-house design-build firm is that we are fluent in design software so you can make real-time changes to proposed project and understand it visually. Furthermore, our design recommendations will be in line with your budget - not simply a cool idea that causes ridiculous spikes in budget. We're constantly improving all areas in our company while maintaining the aspect of fun, passion and enjoyment of our projects.
