We chose to partner with Kyra construction to build a small outdoor kitchen. The GC, Rami, was prompt (providing a quote upon inspection of the job site, which was fair), very communicative /transparent (we probably talked every couple of days during the project), and held to the timeline. The construction team was also very friendly, did quality work, and left the job site very clean. Overall, what a great experience!

Kyra did a fantastic job completing a complete first floor and primary bathroom remodel for us including removing walls and a fireplace, installing hardwood floors, installing new countertops and backsplash, paint, and a powder room remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. We even selected non-uniform Zellige tile for our backsplash and they did a great job making sure it was properly installed including mixing up the tiles from different boxes to ensure a balanced look. Rami walked us through the entire process from the beginning including highlighting all of the potential unknowns and issues that may arise so that we would be prepared. He also made many very helpful design suggestions that looked great and helped save on unnecessary costs! The team was extremely responsive throughout the entire process including repeated visits to make sure the finished product was to our satisfaction. The project was completed on time and within budget. But most importantly, we felt like we could trust Rami and his team -- including trusting them to tell us where our expectations were also unreasonable. This is a trait that has been hard to find with other vendors we have worked with. Would highly recommend!

Hired to do a bathroom remodel (replace moldy wood paneling on walls and ceiling of large bathroom with drywall). They did a great job! My bathroom looks beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. They even moved a couple of outlets at no extra cost. They left everything in perfect shape - no need for a "punch list" or ask them to come back to fix something. I'd definitely hire them again.

We decided to remodel our bathroom, and we realized since we are already into construction, might as well go ahead and do a complete remodeling that we had in mind for a while. I thought I had a small problem in my bathroom, and I wanted to get it fixed. I contacted several construction companies, and KYRA Construction was the best. Rami came to the meeting and explained that my issue is not as small as I thought, he found mold on the walls of the bathroom while all the other companies just provided me with a quote and missed it. I didn't have all the funds that I needed for this type of project because it got bigger than I expected, KYRA Construction provided me with a great price and helped me to save where I could. it's rare to find a contractor that cares so deeply about providing quality service and customer experience during the whole process from start to finish. I will recommend KYRA Construction to all my friends and family. Thank you, Rami for your honesty and care, and the Kyra team for a great experience.

Our pricing does not include city permit fees, that is to be evaluated per project. The finish materials are not included in our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first is to understand what our clients want to achieve and what is the budget allowed for that project, once we agree to move forward, our design team will work on a 3D design to present the final design and to allow the client to view their project before we start construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of actual construction design and build for residential. 3 years in hillside foundation and structural concrete, shoring and building concrete basements in the LA hills area. Our team of 3D designers has been working in the field of architectural designing for over 15 years-what we design we can build.
