We are so grateful we have found Karl on this website. The project which we were looking for a handyman involved remodelling a guest room for a family visit. It was expected four weeks from the moment that we had a first evaluating meeting with Karl. We also needed to have minor work on the kitchen cabinets, making the interior into more practical usage. We had a time sensitive schedule, which we mentioned to Karl upon the first meeting, and Karl said he would complete both projects in a week’s time. Everything was done a week after Karl began transforming the guest bedroom and two kitchen cabinets! The transformation was really impressive! One of the works in the guest bedroom involved replacing carpeting for laminate floor. We chose the floor colour on Home Depot website, from the website’s pictures. When Karl picked up the flooring from the store and brought it, the colour turned out to be much darker than on the photos, darker than what we wanted. After some consideration, my husband and I thought that we would just go ahead with this wood colour; it was not a perfect match to the rest of the flooring in the house, but we thought it would be ok. The next day, before starting the work, after talking with Karl, he suggested it would be absolutely fine for him to have another trip to Home Depot to return the darker coloured wood and pick up a lighter colour. We were very touched by Karl’s kindness and are so appreciative of his making it look so easy! The same went with all the other finishing touches, that every project usually involves, Karl touched up or replaced with such a kindness and willingness. Everything was done exactly how we wanted! We are so happy with the results! This is a man of high integrity and professionalism. We would gladly work with Karl again. Thank you so much for all the great, swift work you have done to help us with both projects!

I’m so glad to have found Karl! He’s helped with quite a few projects I had around the house (installing a security system, touch up painting throughout the house, fixed a leaking shower unit I thought we would have to completely redo with a $0.50 piece, changed our lights to LED, patched up holes in our wood floors, etc). I can come to him with any problem or idea large or small and it’s willing and ready to help. We plan to work with him for a long time!

Karl spent the day installing a new kitchen faucet, an Instahot + water filter unit, dimmers in multiple rooms, relocating electrical outlets & ethernet ports to hang tvs on two walls etc etc etc. He was great to work with, very thoughtful about finding the best solutions. It all worked out perfectly and it was so stress free. Great communication and Karl arrived exactly on time. Thank you so much. I will be in touch again for sure!

Karl was amazing. He literally can do everything. We were originally going to hire a carpenter and an electrician who would have had to coordinate. With Karl, he did it all himself. He did an awesome job with everything. The job was perfect. He also coordinated with us well and didn't care when we changed our minds on certain aspects of the plan. Also, Karl is really reasonable with pricing and he is trustworthy. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs to get anything done. We will for sure be using him again!
