Ari helped me try to fix a wifi problem. He was prompt, and tried to help resolve this issue as best he could however, it seemed like a larger issue with replacing the whole system vs a quick fix but we appreciate Ari's help none the less. Thank you!

Total pros. Friendly, responsive, experienced, and skilled. After months of WiFi issues, I was so happy to find Ari and team via Google search. Ari responded quickly and helped diagnose my issues. A day or so later, Rob did a great job installing an updated network. Really appreciate Rob's diligence and conscientiousness; I knew I was in good hands the moment I met him. Highly recommended.

If you would like a professionally installed home Wifi network, this is the place to go! Ari was able to brainstorm on the right solution, and his technician (Rob) installed the Wifi switches, routers and PoE access points to distribute a strong internet signal throughout the house. I dont know how long Ive been having difficulties with my network. Its caused endless hours of frustration. I finally decided to call in a professional. Bay Area Tech Hero sent Rob Mercado to my place. He was on time, totally professional, and friendly and more than competent. My problems vanished. Very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

My ancient computer was more than a decade behind current standards. I bought a new Apple and it was quite an upgrade. Many cha-cha-cha-changes in the operating system, and the applications, and neither my scanner nor my printer, would cooperate. The people at Bay Area Tech Hero were friendly and helpful. I needed a house-call and in a a very minutes and Bingo! all the components were working and I was being brought up to date with the software changes and key board shortcuts, etc. The next day, I blundered into another issue, made a call for help, and got a call-back in a very short time. These guys know their stuff and are very pleasant to work with!
