As an experienced Fitness & Nutrition Specialist, I take pride in changing people’s views and misconceptions about strength training, weight loss, nutrition and overall wellness. My experience coupled with advanced trainings in strength training, corrective exercise and nutrition offers a uniquely holistic and badass style of training that has helped change hundreds of lives!
In the physical realm, I improve your body awareness by strengthening your neuromuscular connection (or mind-to-muscle connection). My unique approach focuses on form, functionality, mobility, strength, endurance and balance, all while aligning your body to move how it was always meant to move. This creates a solid foundation for you to continue strength training and leading an active lifestyle without pain or injury.
In the nutritional realm, I aim to improve your relationship with food by educating you on your nutritional intake, helping you plan ahead, improving your mindset and making small changes to your daily habits & routines.
Through these carefully curated exercise, nutrition and mindfulness programs, both in-person and online, my clients regularly achieve major improvements in their daily habits, energy levels, body shape and an overall zest for life they forgot was possible :)
