At MRKT Catering, we customize each proposal based on your guest count, service style, and menu preferences to provide the best value for your event. An 18% production fee is applied to all orders which covers everything involved in bringing your event to life, including: - Menu planning and coordination - Dedicated account manager from date of inquiry through service - Packaging, presentation materials, and serving ware - Delivery logistics and necessary equipment (like chafing dishes) This ensures a smooth and high-quality experience from kitchen to event site. The only additional charge would be for event staffing, which is quoted separately based on your needs. We offer: - Volume discounts for larger events and recurring clients - Flexible service options like drop-off, full-service, or boxed meals - Custom menu packages designed to fit your taste and budget - All-inclusive packages to simplify planning Our goal is to make catering easy, seamless, and delicious—so you can focus on your event, not the logistics.

Our goal is make catering simple from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when working with MRKT Catering: 1. Initial Inquiry & Discovery Call We’ll start with a quick call or email to learn more about your event—guest count, cuisine preferences, dietary needs, service style, and budget. 2. Custom Proposal Based on your needs, we’ll create a tailored menu and detailed quote, including any service options like delivery, setup, or full-service staffing. 3. Feedback & Finalization You’ll have the opportunity to review and request adjustments. Once everything looks good, we’ll confirm the order and handle the rest. 4. Execution & Delivery Our team will prepare your food with care and precision, deliver it fresh and on time, and provide any additional services needed—whether it’s setup, serving, or cleanup. 5. Post-Event Follow-Up We check in after the event to make sure everything met your expectations and to gather feedback for future events. From menu planning to execution, we take care of all the details so you don’t have to.
