- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IB’s project managers trained to assess any project per its tasks at the scope of work. Every project contains different aspects of values. We are always doing our best to give a creative alternative option to client so they can consider more cost effective option. We frequently provide holiday promotions and all year veteran and ADA discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a thorough conversation, taking notes and site measurements. The goal is to collect as much information as possible- so we can assist in the best way. Our employees trained to listen and community with clients from the first interaction. The project operates in two phases; 1. Design: we follow our customers from the first step- layouts, floor plans, architectural and engineering plans, blue prints set, interior design services and permitting. 2. Construction: each project assigned a dedicated construction crew, on site foreman and a project manager. Communication and professionalism are the core values for us, we provide daily updates, weekly schedules, and certified professionals. We doing our best to provide top of the line customer service and quality of finish. We really love what we do and very excited seeing each planning of a project become reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IB team participates in a weekly company reunion. We go over rules and regulation, building codes and updates from CSLB in particular. IB strives for excellence and always looking to grow, therefore our team is looking to learn and get better in a daily base
