Getting Artsy

Getting Artsy is about making art a creative and fun learning experience to students of all ages. Art is the best form of expression and this is exactly what I teach my students. Having started art from the age of 6, it’s an endless journey that I feel so drawn to. I have more than seven years of teaching experience both kids and adults. Professional yet easy going so the students don’t feel the pressure, and have loads of fun learning art! I work along the individual interests and will customize lessons based on their level. Everybody has their own style in art and I help them find ways for creative expression. I teach acrylic, watercolor, oil, graphite and drawing/sketching skills. I teach skills to enhance an artwork and techniques to bring a painting to life. I also tutor high school students with AP Art and help them with their school assignments and projects. I have tutored high school students from Quarry Lane and other schools in the Bay Area. I do paint parties and group family/office events.
