I called Fip service to repair my washer, John was very prompt getting back to me to scheduled an appointment. Alex came and fix the problem. Alex is very polite and courtesy, he showed me why drain pipe was clogged and resolved the issue. He also cleaned the debris on the floor. I would recommend Fip for any your appliances work.,

Extremely professional and responsive, Alex is calm and focused. He repaired my washer door gasket! Alex arrived on time and immediately went to work. He repaired the washer, tested it himself, and then explained what he had done.
