These guys did multiple floors for me. Refinished softwood Douglas Fir, installed a kitchen and bath. Then in another property installed flooring vinyl plank throughout the entire home. Would recommend for solid value.

Gerardo did a beautiful job. Showed up on time. Very easy to manage. He resanded and applied a sealer to my wood butcherblock countertops. He prepped really well and cleaned up really well too.

Gerardo and his team did such an amazing job remodeling my condo! I started out thinking I would only need my floors done and I would worry about the rest later but they were able to complete EVERYTHING, sink, countertops, electrical work, paint, hardware install, appliance install etc. all in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with! Not to mention they were able to work around my crazy schedule and send updates when needed. Would definitely hire again! The before and afters are amazing 🙌🏾

Installed about 144sq' of flooring. Most if the job seems ok but the flooring was not installed evenly at the door so the door transition is crooked. He said he would come back and fix but never did. Talked a good game and he clearly seemed to know what he was doing but there isn't any recourse for unlicensed folks who don't follow up without a huge pain. And that assumes you even take a copy of their driver's license & or vehicle plate number. Remember folks always hire licensed workers (many folks on this T.T. site are not) & make sure their employees are insured or you could be liable for injuries! You can confirm people's license through the California State Licensing Board they have a site for checking peoples license and insurance information. Protect yourself & make sure to get ID Every time to ensure the person is who they say, a written contract that spells out all the details/ scope of work, payment schedule/progress payments etc. Be safe & good luck in your home renovations as even licensed contractors often do unscrupulous things!
