Customers should know that our pricing is transparent, meaning that we clearly outline the cost of different plumbing services, including any additional materials or fees. We also inform the customer of any discount that may be available, such as a first-time customer discount, or a "refer a friend" program. Additionally, We offer some promotions or bundle package of services that can be more cost-effective. We also make sure to be transparent with any additional charges that may incur while the job is being performed. For example, if any extra materials are needed to complete the job, we inform the customer upfront and get their approval before proceeding with the additional purchase. Overall, we strive to provide our customers with clear, upfront pricing so that they can make informed decisions about their plumbing needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ur typical process for working with a new customer typically involves the following steps: Initial contact: The customer reaches out to us by phone, email, or through our website. We provide them with information about our services and schedule an appointment for a consultation or service call. Consultation: Our technician will meet with the customer to assess the issue and discuss the customer's needs, preferences, and budget. During the consultation, we will also provide the customer with a rough estimate of the cost of the work. Quote and Proposal: After the consultation, we will provide the customer with a detailed quote and proposal that outlines the scope of the work, the cost, and the estimated time frame for completion. Approval and scheduling: Once the customer approves the quote and proposal, we will schedule the work at a time that is convenient for the customer. We will also inform the customer of any necessary preparation they need to do before the day of the service. Service Call: Our technician will arrive on the scheduled date and time and will proceed to complete the work. We will keep the customer informed of the progress of the work and address any concerns or questions the customer may have. Follow-up and Feedback: Once the work is completed, we will follow up with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the work and that the issue has been resolved. We will also ask for feedback to ensure that we continue to improve our services. Warranty: We provide warranty on our work, with detailed information provided during the proposal. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing trade for the past 5 years and during that time, I have had the opportunity to learn from some of the best plumbers in the Bay Area. I have worked on a variety of projects, from small repairs to large-scale installations, and have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have learned everything from the basics of installation and repair, to the use of advanced tools and technology. Throughout my years of apprenticeship, I've had the chance to work alongside experienced plumbers who have been in the trade for many years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. They have taught me the importance of attention to detail, the value of clear communication, and the importance of providing excellent customer service. I have been exposed to a variety of techniques, and have learned to approach every project with a problem-solving mindset. I have also been able to learn about cost-efficient solutions to common plumbing issues, this skill is important especially during these times when every dollar counts. After several years of learning, working and growing in the trade, I decided to take my own journey and start my own Boiler fabrication company. To get there I believe that my years of experience, skills and the knowledge that I have acquired from the great plumbers around the bay area will allow me to provide top-notch services to my customers and make a positive impact in the community. I am excited to begin this new chapter in my career and look forward to serving the needs of the community.
