We offer a variety of options that can be tailored to fit almost any budget. We take the time to listen to your needs and provide clear recommendations to match your event perfectly. Our pricing is all-inclusive, meaning there are no hidden fees or surprises. While additional tips are always appreciated for exceptional service, basic tips are already factored into our quotes for your convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At sloKaraoke, our mission is to bring the fun and excitement of karaoke to your event while making the process effortless for you. We handle all the setup, operation, and teardown so you can relax and enjoy the show without any stress. Here’s what a typical event looks like: • Setup and Teardown: We arrive early, typically needing about an hour to set up our equipment and ensure everything is ready to go. After the event, we’ll quietly pack everything up in the same amount of time, working efficiently to avoid disruption. • Performance Time: Most shows feature at least three hours of singing time, but we can tailor this to fit your event. • Custom Setup: We carefully design the setup to suit your event’s needs, placing displays, speakers, lighting, and other equipment in the best locations for sound quality, audience engagement, and participation. • Encouraging Participation: Once we’re ready to go, we actively encourage guests to join the fun! Whether it’s helping them choose the perfect song or getting a shy singer to take the mic, we create a fun and inclusive atmosphere that inspires everyone to get involved. By the end of the event, the energy is electric, and your guests will be part of an enthusiastic crowd of karaoke stars. That sense of joy and connection is why we love what we do—and we’re excited to bring it to your next event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a unique blend of skills and experience to the table. Julie, our main host, has years of experience in the service industry and a talent for engaging audiences, ensuring enthusiastic participation at every event. John holds a degree in Electrical and Software Engineering and has attended karaoke events worldwide, including in Japan. With professional audio production experience, John’s technical expertise allows us to deliver a state-of-the-art karaoke experience. Together, Julie and John create the Ultimate Karaoke experience that’s both fun and flawlessly executed.
