- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project we take on has a different scope of work from one to the next. With that said, we price each project fairly and are always finding creative ways to find save money for our Clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we schedule a free in-home consultation where we will discuss the granular details of your scope of work, take photos/measurements and then return to our office to prepare a detailed proposal for you. Once we have your signed proposal and initial deposit ($1,000 or 10% of grand total, whichever is less) we schedule your start date. On day one of the project, your sales rep will meet you on site, along with your new dedicated Project Manager and crew lead. The intention of this brief meeting is to introduce you to our team and review the scope of work together to ensure your expectations will be met (and hopefully exceeded)!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with homeowners, business owners, landlords and investment property owners. Being in the industry for several years has allowed us to create and maintain several business relationships which we intend to keep!
