First I like to understand a customers wants and needs so that I can achieve a ideal outcome for my customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by Rinnai to install and repair their tankless units. I’ve been a part of Rinnai’s Ace Pro certification program. I am proficient in brazing pipes, installing water softeners/whole house filters. I am also trained in repairing and replacing traditional tanks, power vented units and heat pumps.
