THIS is how every pro should be! We had multiple bids for this job and while MC wasn’t the least expensive, they were the most professional and made us feel most comfortable. They showed up when they said they would, we’re wearing nice masks, booties on their boots as to not leave a mess, explained everything in detail, gave us a full packet full of materials to review, and left us feeling very confident that they would do an incredible job. And they did!! The install was scheduled quickly, work was completed on time and they even checked back to make sure everything was working as expected. Next time you need any plumbing work done, you’d be mistaken not to consider and then choose these folks!

First of all the serviceman I had was Besmir Hyso and he was great. We had loose faucets which were incorrectly installed during construction and Besmir repaired all of them and did a great job. Very personable and very interesting person. I have always used Mike Council for both Electrical and Plumbing needs and will continue to do so.

Our Grohe wall mounted faucet had been leaking for a couple of months. We had a couple of plumbers out here that wouldn't or couldn't deal with it. We were so frustrated and finally we called Mike Counsil. They assured us they had a plumber familiar with the European faucet and sent Besmir out here promptly. Besmir was not only extremely knowledgeable and efficient he was also so nice.!! Fixed the leak in a matter of minutes and then showed us why it had been leaking in the first place. (water pressure was too high and the regulator had been removed from a previous plumbing problem from another plumber). Besmir and Hector installed a new regulator in a couple of hours. Couldn't be happier with the work and the fantastic service. I highly recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing and the great service Besmir and Hector gave us. They followed all Covid protocols and went above and beyond in their explanation of the work to be done, the fees involved, etc. I give them 5 stars plus.

It was a tight fit for a large man. He was professional but friendly. I do think that $616 was a bit of a steep price. We have an appointment in June for repiping in June. I'd like to cancel that appointment. If choose to use your company for the job, I will call you. If all your workers are as professional as Aaron, your firm must be a good one.
