Issac came on time, was very patient and explained and helped with finding the matching floor i wanted to get installed . I could bot use the services due to my flooring unavailability in the time frame i needed it to fit but i would definitely would want to work with Issac - watermasters in future given the patience and efforts he put in to meet my requirements.

I contacted Watermasters about the small gap between my two flooring planks. They are very responsible even with this small-scale fix and offered us easy-fix solutions by which we saved money! I highly recommend Watermasters (Isac) for hardwood flooring repair. My hardwood floors were severely water damaged due to flooding and clogging in my bathroom, and Isac was able to fix them up perfectly. Isac was incredibly professional, punctual, and responsive. They called in advance with ETA on morning when work was to begin. They put up a plastic barrier to contain dust. Isac explained how work was to be done and timeframe. They removed our engineered wood floor, glued to concrete. They did an excellent job and thorough clean up. We were pleased with the results. We would definitely hire again.

Got old tile floor removed in a 1969 home and installed vinyl tiles. Extremely pleased with the work this team did. The project was done on time and according to the original quote despite the floor not being fully leveled and there being some dry rot on one of the cabinets. The team fixed both issues as part of the project and still we're done within the original timeline. Highly recommend. Very very happy with our new kitchen floor!
