- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in providing the good quality service for a low price. We guarantee our service and will provide any additional follow-up. Our prices are low since we keep our business expenses low, so we can pass the benefits to the customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk with new customers on the phone or in-person. We want to understand the customer's needs and the current situation. We will then work on the documents that are needed. After which there will be ongoing communication until we provide the service and the customer is feels all their concerns have been addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done a Masters in Accounting from an elite college, have gotten my CPA from a Big 4 public accounting firm, have worked for the top Silicon Valley companies (Google, Tesla, Kaiser Permanente), and have worked at the family practice helping individual and small business clients.
