Standard Pricing Structure: I have a transparent pricing structure based on the type of photography session (e.g., portrait, family, engagement), the duration of the shoot, and the number of final edited images included. This information is typically detailed on my website or provided during the initial inquiry. Customization: I understand that each photography session is unique, and I'm open to customizing packages based on specific client needs. Whether it's extending the shoot duration, including additional locations, or accommodating special requests, I can adjust the pricing accordingly. Travel Fees: If the shoot location is outside of a predefined radius (if applicable), there may be additional travel fees to cover transportation and accommodation costs, if necessary. This is communicated upfront during the booking process. Discounts and Special Offers: I occasionally offer discounts for certain promotions, seasonal offers, or for clients booking multiple sessions. These details are usually announced on my website or through my social media channels. Booking Deposit: To secure a booking, I may require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit ensures that the client is committed to the scheduled date and helps cover initial costs associated with preparation and planning for the shoot. Payment Terms: The remaining balance is typically due on the day of the shoot or upon delivery of the final edited photos. I accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers, to accommodate client preferences. Initial Contact and Inquiry: When a potential client reaches out, whether through email, a website form, or social media, I respond promptly to express my interest and ask about their specific photography needs. This initial contact is crucial for understanding what they're looking for and determining if we're a good fit. Consultation and Planning: I schedule a consultation, either in person or virtually, to discuss their vision in more detail. This meeting allows me to understand their preferred locations (such as beaches, parks, or specific architectural landmarks), the style of photography they prefer, any specific shots they have in mind, and the overall mood they want to capture. Location Scouting (if needed): Depending on the client's preferences and if they haven't decided on a specific location yet, I offer suggestions based on my knowledge and experience. For example, I might recommend beautiful beach spots, picturesque parks, or architecturally stunning locations that align with their vision.
