FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I don't have a standard pricing system as I prefer to custom taylor each job depending on my clients needs. FYI: When restoring a photographic image it is important to see the image in person so I can determine the exact damage that has occurred and discuss with the client the level of restoration they would like done There are many areas of photo degradation : - color fading - general fading - tears.rips and stains - how big do you want the restored image printed?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear from each client exactly what is they would like me to do for them. I want to fit into their plans not have them fit into what I do. I find it very valuable to find out what each client's expectations are regarding the work they want me to perform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 13 years as a magazine photographer and then transitioned into opening a studio, which specializes in portraiture, restoration, product and event photography more then 20 years ago. I work with the latest software and photography hardware on the market as well as attend photography seminars. This affords my clients the "Best" work I can produce
