I had a wonderful experience with Sergio from Serema! He was on time and did a fantastic job. Sergio was very flexible, getting around furniture, dogs, and cats! He was just so pleasant and so efficient. He did an outstanding job! Every window, door, screen, and sill is sparkling! I wish he cleaned houses also, and I would be in heaven. He was so unobtrusive! Absolutely 10 stars and highy recommend if you want the job done right at a fair price with no hassles at all!

I wanted to get my windows washed, and found Serema Cleaning Company on Nextdoor. As there were a lot of positive reviews, I reached out to them and a few other companies through Thumbtack app. Sergio from Serema sent me the most reasonable estimate, and after communicating with him on chat, I also decided to add Solar panel washing and rain gutter cleaning to the list, for which I got another reasonable estimate. Sergio scheduled the appointment and was on time. He washed the solar panels and cleaned the rain gutters on the first day. He showed me before and after pictures and I was really impressed with the results. Sergio also showed me a few leaks in the rain gutters that he had observed during cleaning and offered to fix the leaks for a very small price. The next day he cleaned all the windows, both inside and outside. The windows look really nice and clean now and because he also cleaned all the tracks, I noticed that it was easier to open and close the sliding windows. Again, super impressed with the work he did. I am really very happy with Sergio’s work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, pricing and courteous nature. I will hire him again in the future, and would highly recommend Sergio and Serema Cleaning Company for any such cleaning needs. Thanks Sergio!
