The technician was nice and knowledgeable. However it took 3 time slots over 3 days for the work to begin. The day the work began he was an hour late. Their invoice process is clunky as I didn’t not receive the invoice until the next day to know how much to pay them. I don’t think I’d use them again, after this 5 month service expires. Update - Since our 1st hiccup - King Pests Control has been awesome. Our technician, Sergio, is amazing. He checks in with me often, I send lots of pictures and he visits our property after he looks at the pictures. We've caught a few critters already! I would highly recommend King Pests Control for your rodent removal needs.

King’s pest control helped us in the safe removal of a wildlife from our garage. They helped me on time and did a neat job. They also helped to proof our garage door to prevent rodent activity. Their suggestions were good and completed work on time. They are very responsive and easy to work with.
