- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my wedding packages can be tailored to better meet you needs. I am also happy to work with you to come up with a custom package that meets your needs and budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) After your initial inquiry, I will respond back with a full investment guide. If we are a good fit, we will schedule a time to chat! 2.) During our chat we will discuss your needs and vision and get to know each other a bit. 3.) If you decide to move forward, you'll sign a contract to save your date with 25% of your grand total. 4.) You'll receive a photography questionnaire through email from me and we can discuss more in depth timeline planning with so we can get the party started and take the stress off of you! 5.) Within 72 hours you will receive a handful of "sneak peak" photos from your wedding. 6.) Within 6 to 8 weeks you will receive an email with a link to your private, online gallery with all of your wedding photos!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Santa Clara University (I received my BA and Masters of Arts degrees) and took photography classes, initially as electives, which I loved. I have taken photography and classes online, which I continue to do throughout the year. You can never learn enough and it's important to always be open to learning new skills to perfect your craft.
